Scope of these terms

Velivora Archive runs as a sole proprietorship out of Thane, Maharashtra under the trading name Velivora Archive. Using the site or placing an order signals agreement with these terms and the policies in the footer. Disagree, and the site is not for you.

Registration

Both guest and registered checkout work here. A registered account’s password, and everything done through it, remain your responsibility. If access has been compromised, email [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend an account used fraudulently.

Prices, currency and payment

Every price is quoted in Indian rupees with applicable tax included. We hold no GST registration as turnover is below the threshold, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN exists. Orders are paid by UPI or Cash on Delivery; cards are not accepted.

Prices and availability may change without notice. Where a listing carried the wrong price, we contact you before dispatch so you can accept the correction or cancel for a full refund.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation records receipt. The contract between us is formed at the point of dispatch. Orders may be declined for stock that has run out, an unserviceable PIN code, a pricing error, or details we cannot verify.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Timelines and charges live in the Shipping Policy, returns in the Refund and Returns Policy, cancellations in the Cancellation Policy. Together they form part of these terms.

Content and trademarks

Copy, layout, photography and branding on this site are the property of Velivora Archive unless noted otherwise. Product names and marks belonging to third parties remain theirs, and appear only to describe what an item is. You may not copy or republish site content for commercial use without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Velivora Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. No part of this limits what Indian law says cannot be limited, and your Consumer Protection Act, 2019 rights stand.

Law and courts

These terms fall under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the courts at Thane.
