From our bench to the courier

Framed pieces ship with corner protectors and a face board, then go inside a second carton with a gap on every side, because a single box transmits every knock straight to the glazing. Gallery sets are packed as one stack with board between each frame. Wall signs travel face-in against a stiffener, and planters in this range are wrapped individually before boxing.

We hand parcels over once a day. Confirm before 3:00 PM IST and yours is in that handover; after that it waits for the next one. We dispatch Monday to Saturday and do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide, to any serviceable PIN code, out of Thane, Maharashtra. Our courier partners do not reach every remote PIN code, and checkout flags that before payment rather than afterwards.

Everything is sold online; we do not run a shop and cannot offer pickup.

Shipping cost

Spend ₹999 or more and delivery costs nothing. Otherwise delivery is ₹49 flat, whether the box is small or large. You see the figure in the cart before paying; we add no handling, fuel or packing surcharge.

Time in transit

Delivery is normally three to five business days for metros and five to nine for the rest of India, measured from dispatch. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and public holidays move them, and we would rather say that plainly than promise a date we do not control.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent by email and SMS as soon as the parcel is collected. You can also check it on the Track Your Order page. If nothing changes for three working days, contact [email protected] and we will push the courier.
