No charge to cancel before we pack
There is no cancellation charge before dispatch. After the courier has it, our returns policy takes over.
Cancelling an order
While the order sits at processing — the 1 to 2 business days before pickup — email [email protected] with the number. There is no charge. Prepaid money returns to the UPI handle or bank account it came from within 5 to 7 business days, in keeping with Reserve Bank of India timelines.
After the parcel leaves
After handover we have no way to recall a parcel. Refuse it at the door, or accept it and open a return instead. There is no charge for refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel at the door.
Our right to cancel
Occasionally we have to cancel: stock that turns out to be damaged, a pricing error on the site, or an order we cannot verify. When it happens we explain why and return everything you paid, delivery charge included.
Partial cancellation
If an order has several items and only one is still available, we can cancel the unavailable line and ship the rest. Say which you would prefer when you write in, and we will not decide it for you.
We process cancellation refunds inside 5 to 7 business days, with no fee deducted.
